It’s a lot of food, is if you can’t consume the snack meal that’s fine.
-the chicken meal can be replaced with any lean fish or shrimp if you want (snapper, grouper, cod, tilapia, shrimp)
-the lean steak meal you can have any lean beef/steak, lamb (93/7 ground beef, sirloin, filet mignon, tenderloin, flank steak, skirt steak, London broil, lamb chops)
- you can have whatever vegetables that includes : Broccoli, Asparagus, zucchini, spinach, kale, etc
